Our Teams
The Costa Mesa High School and Middle School cheer programs cheer for sideline sports, compete at the local, regional, state and national levels and participate in numerous community events throughout the year. Our goals are to provide exceptional school spirit, team support, be community and school ambassadors and compete at the highest levels.
Our program has the distinction of being the only school in the nation to be awarded the American School Spirit Award twice. (2009 and 2013) naming us the best overall cheer program.
Competition & Performance
Our competitive teams Varsity, Junior Varsity, Middle School and Game-Day hold numerous National Titles including USA Nationals 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and NHSCC with 2 nationals titles in 2019, and again in 2021 and as well as numerous top 3 medaling and finals performances.
Our Varsity Traditional Competitive Cheer team holds the CIF division 4 Coed title consecutively for 2019, 2020 and 2022 (no 2021 comp due to COVID). As well as the first ever CIF STATE Southern California Regional Title in division 4 COED.
Our STUNT/CSC team are undefeated league champions in 2018, 2019 and 2022 (no 2020 or 2021 due to COVID)
